Payments

Visa/Mastercard

Online/MOTO:
Processing payment for online customers using Visa or MasterCard with guaranteed security supported by 3-D Secure, internationally recognised security standard to ensure maximum security of the data entered by the customers and minimises the risk of fraud.

Request for Payment Link:
You can request for a payment link for your order with Visa or MasterCard. Kindly provide us your details, via-email at info@royalselangor.com :

  • · Billing and Shipping address
  • · Contact Number (preferably mobile number)

PayPal

With a PayPal account, customers are not required to type in card details or personal information but email address, password, or contact number and PIN for your transaction. You can also pay via PayPal's Guest Checkout without the need for a PayPal account login.

Telegraphic Transfer

Remittance charges will be incurred by both parties when this option is chosen. Please enclose a bank transfer slip once the telegraphic transfer has been successfully submitted.
 
Exchanges & Returns
Royalselangor.com is happy to make an exchange if you order from www.royalselangor.com and the item you received is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item.

Wrong Item Received

If the item received is completely different from the one you ordered, customers should email to info@royalselangor.com within 14 days from date of receipt. Please send us an email with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the wrong item.

After confirmation, Royal Selangor will bear the shipping cost and arrange for the courier service to pick up the wrong items in the original packaging and exchange with the right item. Royal Selangor will email two forms to customer for invoicing and customs clearance purpose. Customers are required to sign and print out these two forms and pass to courier service providers when they exchange the items for customers.

Defective Item Received

If the item received is defective on arrival, customers should email to info@royalselangor.com within 14 days from date of receipt. Please send us an email with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the defective area.

After confirmation, Royal Selangor will bear the shipping cost and arrange for the courier service to pick up the defective or damaged items in the original packaging and exchange with the new replacement. Royal Selangor will email two forms to customer for invoicing and customs clearance purpose. Customers are required to sign and print out these two forms and pass to courier service providers when they exchange the items for customers.

Wrong Engraving

For customers who order the items with engraving, please note that Royal Selangor would refer to the engraving message displayed on the order confirmation email. Every customer should receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed successfully www.royalselangor.com . Customer should email to info@royalselangor.com if the engraving details on the order confirmation email are incorrect within 1 working day as Royal Selangor commits to deliver most items within a short period of time.
 
If the item received is found to be wrongly engraved, customers should email to info@royalselangor.com within 14 days from date of receipt. Please send us an email with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the wrong engraving. 

After confirmation, Royal Selangor will bear the shipping cost and arrange for the courier service to pick up the wrongly engraved item in the original packaging and exchange with the new replacement with the right engraving. Royal Selangor will email two forms to customer for invoicing and customs clearance purpose. Customers are required to sign and print out these two forms and pass to courier service providers when they exchange the items for customers.

Returns

Royal Selangor reserves the right to refuse full refund or charge a restocking fee for any order that doesn't comply with the above mentioned requirements.

Any credit card refunds will take up to 2-3 weeks due to several approvals by the authorities. Investigation and validation need to be conducted by respective banks after the request for refund is submitted. The refund amount will be credited into your next month's credit card billing statement once the refund is approved.
